Business Innovationist. Sarah came to Creative Realities from the non-profit sector, where she specialized in public health. Most recently she worked for the Boston Public Health Commission’s AIDS Program, where she administered a Federal grant that provides emergency services for
people living with HIV/AIDS. While there, Sarah worked with a number of struggling companies to develop cost-cutting strategies, allowing them to survive in tough economic times. She was also responsible for facilitating meetings with community leaders to explore innovative ways to better serve the target population.
For several years Sarah worked in Thailand, Western Samoa and most recently in Kenya, providing international relief to disadvantaged communities. Her love of working with diverse groups of people, and her experience with creative problem-solving, led her to Creative Realities, where she utilizes these innate people skills to help clients be more innovative.
Since joining Creative Realities, Sarah has led clients such as Colgate, Bacardi and USG (United States Gypsum) through brand positioning, identification of new growth opportunities, innovation competencies training, naming and many other innovation initiatives. Her extensive project management skills, coupled with her unique ability to connect with her clients, have resulted in project teams being very creative, yet always on-track.
Sarah received her undergraduate degree from Union College, where she majored in Sociology and minored in African Studies. Her extra-curricular passions are her close-knit family and, not surprisingly, international travel.
