Vice President of Everything Else. Tamara has spent over 19 years in small professional service firms. She has held a variety of positions within these companies, acquiring a deep understanding of business and the keys to success.
Tamara has been with Creative Realities since 2006. During the first couple of years her primary responsibilities were managing the Company's Finances and Operations. But her intuition, her organizational skills, and her passion for important things like social media and managing so many disparate and critical pieces of what we do have earned her the appropriate title of Vice President of Everything Else.
With her engaging personality, directness and ability to relate to all levels of an organization she is the glue that holds us all together. Also, she has recently begun nurturing her talents as an innovationist and plans to use her diversity of experience working with clients.
Before joining Creative Realities Tamara was with Beacon Learning, an eLearning consultancy. In the early years she was a developer and project manager. A few of her clients were Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA, Staples, Met Life, and Fidelity. She helped design, develop and deliver hundreds of custom eLearning programs, while leading multiple teams of permanent and freelance employees who ranged from voice-over talent to database developers. Her other time was spent managing HR and all facets of finance and operations. When she left Beacon Learning she was a partner and Vice President of Operations.
After leaving Beacon Learning Tamara spent almost two years living in the UK and traveling around Europe and South East Asia with her husband and son.
She received her undergraduate degree from Union College, where she majored in Mechanical Engineering. When she is not spending time with her husband and children her passions include dance, yoga, and exploring destinations.
