Chief Delivery Officer. Danielle is a Business Innovationist with over ten years of experience leading innovation initiatives to help Fortune 500 clients achieve their growth goals. She designs and facilitates CRI’s engaging, market inspired process for creating and successfully launching new businesses, new products and new services.

Danielle is passionate about bringing an “external lens” to her client engagements, immersing them in their markets and exposing them to industry visionaries and analogous worlds on the periphery of their core businesses. Based upon the new insights and connections that are made, clients uncover unmet needs, imagine future possibilities and discover and embrace previously unforeseen opportunities.

Danielle’s industry experience spans high tech to home appliances to medical to building/construction and her clients have included Motorola, Intel, Schott Glass, Agilent and USG (United States Gypsum). She has managed international projects for multicultural client teams that have taken her to Europe, Asia and South America.

During 2002, Danielle traveled around the world with her husband, visiting 18 countries on 4 different continents and studying Turkish and Spanish, becoming conversational in both languages. She is now eager to leverage these diverse experiences into “stretching” her clients during innovation engagements.

Prior to joining CRI, Danielle was a Senior Consultant at IdeaScope Associates. For many years, she attended the Creative Problem Solving Institute in Buffalo, New York, where she led participant workshops on Strategic Innovation. Danielle has lectured on innovation for the graduate business schools of both Duke University and Babson College. As a member of the Product Development Management Association (PDMA), she is very involved in activities in her new hometown, Chicago. She is a graduate of Tufts University where she studied International Relations and Cultural Anthropology.

In her spare time, Danielle enjoys international travel, cooking and yoga.
